  • Can you clean if I'm not at home?

  • How many Technicians do you send?
    Typically two - this ensures we can complete your services as soon as possible and return your home quickly. In a Hurry? Let us know and we will be happy to assist!
  • If I book a recurring service, will I get the same Technician?
    If you book a recurring service, Absolutely! Our system is set up to make sure you get the same team everytime.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Monday 9am-12am Tuesday 9am-4pm 6pm-12am Wednesday 9am-3pm 6pm-12am Thursday 9am-4pm 8pm-12am Friday 9am-12am Saturday Services available by request
  • What is a "Deep Clean"?
    If we haven't cleaned your home before, it is highly recommended that you get a deep clean for you first appoint. This will allow us to restore your home back to a like-new condition! From there, upkeep will be simpler, quicker and ultimately cheaper!
  • What is "Move-in/Move Out Cleaning"
    When Tenant's move-out, its likely they wont clean afterward or care about the mess left behind. If you're a realtor, landlord, or just and individual trying to sell (or move into) their home, a good clean is 100% needed. A clean place directly correlates to how fast you can get a new tenant and especially the quality of tenant. Generally, clean homes reduce tenant turnover and increase tenant quality
  • Is there anything you don't clean?
    For safety we dont clean the following. - Human/pet waste (bodily fluids) - Vermin infested homes - Garage - Any area higher, that cant be reached with a step-stool - We do not move furniture/appliances (we only clean around and under them if accessible) -We provide dish washing and/or load into dishwasher however, we will not place them back into cabinets as risk of damage is too high.
  • What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
    What you think MATTERS! For any reason your unhappy with any service let us know within 24 hours and we promise to send a cleaner to take care of the problem for free.
  • Do I have to book online?
    Nope! We have several ways to book (online, call, text and email). Which ever is most convenient for you.
  • Do I need a credit card to book?
    Nope! We accept debit as well to make an appointment, but you will not be charged until your cleaning is completed.
  • What if I need to change or cancel a booking?
    Not to worry! You can either login to your account or email us at and we will handle the rest for you. Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel, otherwise, there is an $99 cancellation fee.
