Our cleaning prices are based on an hourly rate of $50 per person for regular cleaning and $60 per person for deep cleaning.

ONE TIME CLEANING

One time cleanings, including Deep cleanings, Move in and Move out, we charge by the hour as we do not know how long the cleaning will take.

For Recurring Cleaning, you will get a fixed price for each booking.

WHY IMMACULATE/INITAL CLEAN FIRST?

We charge initial cleaning by the hour as we not 100% sure how long it will take and are familiarizing ourselves with the home needs. On initial immaculate clean this allows us to "reset" the home to a company standard and then maintain the standard with regular appointments moving forward. We need to make sure we have enough time to clean the house in the way our customers expect, appreciate, and value. It is in our best interest that you are happy and satisfied

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FRESH & IMMACULATE CLEANS

An Immaculate clean is highly recommended for the first clean with us. This is a deep clean which allows us to "reset" the home and also allows us to familiarize ourselves with the home and time needed to clean it. It's all about maintaining your home and the company standard. The Immaculate Clean is also recommened for a Spring Cleaning or simply to get you home back to a "like-new" condition. There is no difference in cleaning standard, more so a difference in the services offered between the two. The Fresh Cleaning Service is recommended once the initial Immaculate Clean has been done. and is a routine clean.

COST OF CLEANING IN GTA?

According to HomeAdvisor, on average, you'll pay anywhere from $25 to $90 per hour for a house cleaning service. As stated by MoneySense, you can get cleaning as low as $20 and hour, but most cleaning companies in Toronto is between $35 and $50 an hour.

Prices for a cleaning service versus an individual vary widely.

We absolutely guarantee your 100% satisfaction and promise to do the best we can to make your home immaculate.

If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact Boundary Services within 24 hours of your services and we will re-clean the areas that were not done to your satisfaction at no extra cost.

MINIMUM CHARGE

There is a minimum charge of $150 + HST = 3 man hours for the cleaning
